These terms govern your use of the CodeZyron website and the services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
1. Services
CodeZyron provides website development, custom software, mobile app development and game development services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these general terms.
2. Quotes & payments
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Projects normally start after an advance payment, with the remainder billed by milestone.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback, access and approvals on time. Delays in these may move the delivery date.
4. Intellectual property
When the project is paid in full, ownership of the custom source code, designs and content we create for you transfers to you. Third-party software, plugins, fonts and libraries remain subject to their own licences. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
5. Support & warranty
Each launch includes 30 days of free bug-fix support for issues in the delivered scope. Ongoing maintenance is available under a separate plan.
6. Third-party services
Hosting, domains, payment gateways, app stores, game engines and other platforms are provided by third parties. Their fees, uptime and policies are outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CodeZyron is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
8. Website use
Content on this website is for general information. You may not copy, misuse or attempt to disrupt the website.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law named in your project agreement. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith discussion between both parties.
